Spring Update – 01/09/2011

Q THEATRE has recently opened it’s doors for the first time.

It’s a testiment to everybody who has worked so tirelessly to get this new Theatre open.

In the main theatre we had RAISING THE TITANICS, a show developed by TAINUI TUKIWAHO & ALBERT BELTZ through SMACKBANG THEATRE.

Then in the studio space VENUS IS was a sexy spectacular. Developed by EVE GORDON through her company THE DUST PALACE.

It’s great to see upcoming theatre companies getting the opportunity to open up this exciting new theatre. We are very proud of TAINUI & EVE for their ability to produce innovative theatre in New Zealand.
